*After the designated dormitory check-in date for the 2025 Winter semester, any resignation (including admission withdrawal) will be subject to deductions or may be non-refundable according to the refund policy.

After the announcement of successful applicants, If even one required document is missing by the submission deadline (to be announced via e-mail), your admission to the dormitory may be restricted. Please make sure to submit all documents within the designated period.

(**If submitting an antibody test result, the doctor's opinion on whether the antibody is positive or negative must be included. Only students who test positive are eligible for dormitory admission. If you have no prior measles vaccination record or test negative, please receive the first dose and submit a Measles Vaccination Certificate.)

A confirmation of private insurance or travel insurance that covers your stay in Korea.

The dormitory application for the 2026 spring semester is scheduled to be announced in January on the [甑�鞝滍喌頃╆车歆�].

If the number of applicants exceeds capacity, some students may be randomly assigned to Chungmu Dormitory.

If the number of applicants exceeds capacity, selections will be made after internal review, taking factors such as merits/demerits and academic performance into consideration.

Enrollment in medical expense insurance or travel insurance is mandatory.

Roommates and rooms are generally assigned at random and cannot be changed.
