Educational Goal

Public administration is a study that improves the welfare of the people and improves the quality of public work while harmonizing its basic ideologies, such as democracy, efficiency, rationality, effectiveness, and social equity. In particular, beyond the narrow expertise centered on theory, it aims for comprehensive expertise as a comprehensive academic, practical academic, and change management academic. It aims to understand the characteristics of the personnel administration system in Korea and major countries while learning the development of modern personnel administration and the concept and general theory of personnel administration.

It examines the production and supply method of public services, the quality management technique of public services, and the innovation strategy of public services, which are key outputs of government activities.
????? Korean Public Administration
It is a subject to examine the historical background of Korean administration and to analyze the operating system and major characteristic phenomena of Korean administration in order to properly understand the generality and specificity of Korean administration.
?????? Quantitative Methodology for the Public Administration
It is a subject for learning statistical theories and analysis techniques necessary for administrative research and administrative management. The contents of the main lecture include sample and sample distribution, statistical hypothesis verification, correlation analysis, variance analysis, regression analysis, and factor analysis.

The purpose is to analyze the political phenomena that are occurring in the process of operating the government bureaucracy. In particular, the emphasis is on introducing related theories and cases, focusing on government bureaucracy and interest group politics, competition and conflict between government bureaucracy organizations, politics of the budget process, and securing bureaucratic responsibility.

The purpose is to introduce an investigation methodology for empirical administrative research and to cultivate the ability to apply it to actual research problem analysis. Department of Security and North Korea

Educational Goal

It is training researchers who can pioneer in-depth research on North Korea and inter-Korean relations by acquiring expertise in politics, economy, society, and culture as a whole and transition to a peace system. At a time when the two Koreas are at risk of military tension and armed conflict, and distrust and dialogue between authorities have been cut off, society needs it for peace and development on the Korean Peninsula. Therefore, the goal is to cultivate experts in security and North Korean studies such as experts related to inter-Korean exchange and cooperation and unification demanded by society.

Educational Goal

The educational goal is to cultivate professional social welfare personnel necessary for the realization of a welfare society where all members of society can enjoy a human life. To achieve these goals, it not only raises awareness of social problems and social responsibility, but also educates values, theories, and practice skills that are the professional basis of social welfare policies and practices. This is to train experts in institutionalized welfare practice sites that can understand and solve various social problems in modern society.

Understand the concept of social welfare, the value and ideology of social welfare, and the development process of social welfare. It also learns the research and practice methods of social welfare, policies and systems of social welfare, and major areas of social welfare practice, and examines the research prospects as an academic and practical prospects as a social system.

We explore the formation of knowledge and practical application of scientific investigation methods for the knowledgeization of social welfare-related phenomena. In order to understand families that change according to various social conditions in modern society, we learn about family structure, family relationships, family functions, family life cycles, family problems, etc., and consider family welfare policies and service status. It also educates the target of family welfare services, assessment of family problems, and therapeutic approaches.

The goal is to learn and understand the knowledge and skills necessary for social work practice for patients in medical and health institutions. It also learns psychological, economic, and social factors that affect patients and their families, and identifies resources and opportunities for patients' functional recovery. In addition, we learn medical welfare systems and clinical practice methods related to pending issues in direct services and health administration.

It is a subject that shows the characteristics of social welfare education that differentiates it from education in other academic fields, and reflects the applied scientific aspect of social welfare studies well. Students shall be assigned to social welfare practice sites suitable for practical education so that they can receive at least 120 hours of actual education at social welfare institutions. Participate in the process of planning, delivering, and evaluating services, and learn practical tasks through the guidance of supervisors of social welfare institutions and the guidance of school practical professors. Students submit practical reports, and supervisors of social welfare institutions and school practical professors review and evaluate them so that students can improve their qualifications and abilities as social workers.

It focuses on learning basic concepts and basic theories about mental health. Learn the types of mental illness and criteria for judging mental disorders, and learn about the limitations of psychiatry.
